Round 8 of the 2014 Detroit Region SCCA Rallycross Championship presented by Thayer Automotive

Friday, Sep 19th, 1:00 am - pre-registration closes

Saturday, Sep 20th - 8 am - track set up begins

8:00 am - On Site Registration Opens - $10 late fee if you have not preregistered. Keep in mind there is a 50 car maximum entry!
8:15 am - Tech Opens
9:00 am - Novice orientation - required for drivers who have never competed in a Detroit Region SCCA rallycross event. An optional track walk with an experienced driver will follow.
9:30 am - Registration closes
9:45 am - Tech line closes
10:00 am - MANDATORY Drivers Meeting
Runs will start after the conclusion of the Drivers Meeting. There will be 8 runs total in 2 heats with groups running as announced in the Drivers Meeting with a lunch break between heats.
Work assignments will be announced at the Drivers Meeting. All Driver's are required to work at their assignment at all times when not running. Failure to be at your work assignment when required will result in a DNF. Please cooperate and this won't become an issue!

From US-23 take the M-36 (Pinckney) exit but turn east towards South Lyon. Go about two miles to Rushton (Stop sign). Turn right to head south on Rushton. Go one mile to 8 Mile Road (Stop sign). Turn Left onto 8 mile. Go about 1/2 mile. Look for "64500" at the drive. Turn Left into the driveway. Go past the house, past the little barn then stop at the big barn for registration.

When coming from anything but US-23, take 8 Mile west.  The farm is about 13.7 miles west of I-275, 1.6 miles west of Pontiac Trail and 0.6 miles west of where the pavement ends (Dixboro) on 8 Mile.  The driveway is about 0.1 miles west of Earhart Rd which comes from the south and Ts at 8 Mile.  On the right hand (north) side there are two white posts with green and white address plates (64500 and 64504) at the end of the driveway.  Go up the drive past the house and the pole barn.  Stop at the big barn for registration.  Google Maps identifies the driveway as "Ruth Ann".  (Hint: enter "Ruth Ann, South Lyon, MI" in Google Maps).
