2015 NEPASCCA Spring Road Rally

Start Point:
Jack Williams Tire and Auto
135 S Wyoming Ave, Kingston, PA 18704

Registration: 2:30pm to 3:15pm
(Find a place to park in the lot and locate the registration table. You will still need to check in if you registered online) Walk up registration will be permitted unless we reach our 50 car max online.

Drivers Meeting: 3:15pm

1st Car Off the Line: 3:30pm

Cost:
$20 per car (includes driver and passenger) Any additional passengers under 16yo are free. Passengers other than the Navigator who are16yo and older, are an extra $10/person.

Requirements:
-Vehicle must be insured, registered, and have a working odometer. Can be a car/truck/SUV/whatever.
-Driver must have a valid license.
-Following posted traffic laws is recommended
-Each car must have a minimum of 1 driver and 1 navigator
-Make sure you have a full tank of fuel, clipboard, pen or pencils
-Be courteous on course to non-competitors and competitors. If somehow you catch the person in front of you and want to pass, work nicely with that driver to get around them and continue with the course.
-Some roads will be dirt/gravel. Be aware of the potential for puddles, mud, ice, snow and drive accordingly. Although hard packed dirt, spring thaw may cause different conditions. Following the posted speed limits can help ensure safe travel. There are no roads that a standard street car couldnt navigate safely.
-Time penalties will be enforced for incorrect or missed questions from your instruction pack. DNF for drivers finishing the event in less miles than the total mileage length of the event (means you were off course).
