CKRSCCA 2006 Permanent Number Registration

This form is for those of you who wish to compete for year-end points in CKRSCCA. You must have a permanent number in order to qualify and listed on this form.

Rules:
1. Any number 0-99 may be used for a single driver car in any class.
2. Numbers 100-199 may ONLY be used for 2-driver cars competing for year end points in CKR.
3. Any number higher than 199 will not be used under any circumstances.
4. Once a number is selected, it can not be changed for any reason and is not guaranteed to be available if a class change is made in the middle of the year.
5. Two driver cars must use a regular number and a three series number to compete for points. i.e. If driver number one selects #47 driver two must use #147. Switching numbers such as 47 and 74 are not allowed. There are specific instance where this rule can be changed but must be done so by the Chief of Timing and Scoring and the Solo Chair.
