NOTE: CVSCC members & CVTC Students/Staff (School ID Required) receive $5 discount

NOISE RESTRICTIONS WILL BE ENFORCED (Event Master will be the judge if your car is too loud and you will not pass tech - refund will be allowed)

REFUND POLICY
CVSCC has a No Refund policy for online registrations.

Exceptions to this policy may be granted at the sole discretion of a CVSCC Officer, in cases of significant hardship - such as a serious injury or illness, death in the immediate family, or auto accident. All refund requests must be submitted in writing (electronic or paper) to the CVSCC Treasurer not later than 10 days after the event for which a refund is being requested, and will be subject to a $5.00 service charge.

Per Met Council Autocross Rules, refunds will be provided if your car fails to pass Safety/Tech Inspection at an event, and you are thus unable to compete in that event. In addition, classes may be bumped/grouped for trophies and/or points if there are not enough entries in a class. Special Interest and Kart classes are exempt from points, but trophies may be awarded at the discression of event master).

CVSCC honors the Met Council reserve numbers (http://forum.mnautox.com/forums/showthread.php?t=7663) for their events, if you do not have a reserve number leave the entry blank and the Registrar will assign you a number.

FYI - CVTC student clubs will be selling food and drink onsite, so there will not be a need to bring lunch or leave the site to find it.

ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR THIS EVENT WILL OPEN TO CVSCC MEMBERS & CVTC STUDENTS/STAFF ON AUG 27, TO ALL OTHERS ON SEPT 1st, ALL ONLINE REGISTRATIONS WILL REQUIRE PRE-PAYMENT.
