MyAutoEvents
Autocross event paddock with cars and cones

Find events, prep your car, and get more out of grassroots motorsports.

MyAutoEvents is the guide we wish existed when we started. Whether you want to run your first autocross, survive a track day, or figure out what to do with your car before you show up, we break it all down without the gatekeeping.

Autocross

Cones, parking lots, and the cheapest seat time in motorsports. Learn how events work, what classes mean, and how to find one near you.

Track Days

Real circuits, real speed, real fun. We cover what to expect, how to prepare, and why you do not need a race car to get out there.

Rallycross

Dirt, grass, gravel, and controlled chaos. Rallycross is the most forgiving entry point into motorsports, and it is an absolute blast.

Car Prep

Tires, brakes, alignment, and the stuff that actually matters before you hit an event. No fluff, just practical prep advice.

Beginner Guides

Brand new to this? Start here. We walk through everything from finding your first event to what happens when you get there.

Find Events Near You

Not sure where to look? We break down the best ways to find local autocross, track days, and rallycross in your area.

Why Grassroots?

You do not need a purpose-built race car to go fast. You do not need a six-figure budget. Grassroots motorsports is what happens when regular people bring regular cars to a parking lot, a dirt field, or a racetrack and push them a little harder than normal. It is the most fun you can have with the car you already own.

If you have been thinking about trying it, stop thinking and start here. The barrier to entry is lower than you expect. Most events cost less than a nice dinner, and the community is welcoming to newcomers in a way that surprises a lot of people.

Start With What You Have

One of the biggest misconceptions is that you need to modify your car before your first event. You really do not. A stock Civic, Miata, WRX, or Corolla is perfectly fine for your first autocross or track day. Focus on the basics: good tires, working brakes, and fresh fluids. Our car prep section has everything you need to get your daily driver event-ready.

When you are ready for more, we cover low-cost mods that actually make a difference and budget prep that does not cut corners on safety.

Built for People Who Actually Go to Events

MyAutoEvents is written by people who spend their weekends at events, not by a marketing team. Every guide on this site comes from firsthand experience running autocross, doing track days, and getting dirty at rallycross. We are here to help you get started, get faster, and keep having fun.
